Heating: Indirect heating system is provided in our units, which comprise air heaters that are made of high-grade Kanthal A-1 wires of suitable wattage. The warm air is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through efficient motor fans ensuring very good temperature sensitivity.
Cooling: An energy-efficient cooling unit is installed in our seed germinator to enable biochemical demand, cyclic and growth studies at lower room temperatures.
Humidity: Humidity generation provision is incorporated in our seed germinator. The humidity is generated by means of aerosol humidity generator with efficient humidity controller cum indicator.
Humidity Range: From Ambient to 95% (As per the temperature Requirements)
Humidity Sensitivity: Humidity is controlled by mean of an electronic humidity controller-cum-indicator with an accuracy of 5%
Temperature Control: The temperature inside our seed germination is controlled through programmable microprocessor-based temperature controller-cum-indicator. Both the chambers have their individual control modules.
Temperature Range: Temperature range of our standard seed germinator models are 5oC above ambient to 60oC (in one chamber) /5oC to 60oC (in second chamber). However, we have the capacity to modify the same to suit the individual specialized requirements of our customers.
Temperature Sensitivity : Temperatures inside our seed germinator are controlled with a sensitivity of 0.5oC or better.
Illumination: Our seed germinator is provided with door operated illumination system, which comprises fluorescent lights, besides two panels of diffused fluorescent light panel located at the either side of the chamber to enable the user to conduct tests and experiments
Illumination Control: The illumination is controlled through solid state cyclic timer to control the photoperiodic cycle of the chamber

Atmospheric conditions are created within the chamber to perform different experiments without going onto the field. The double walled unit has inner chamber made up of anodized or SS and outer chamber of MS Sheet. Temperature from 5°C to 50°C + 1°C is controlled by digital TEMER INDICATOR -cum-controller. Humidity controller is created in a SS water reservoir fitted at the bottom to provide 90% to 95% + 5% RH Humidity. Supplied complete with 14 adjustable perforated trays.

It has outer wall made of MS sheet duly painted and inner wall made up of heavy gauge aluminum or SS Sheet filled with high grade glass wool to avoid g\thermal loss. Besides outer double walled door, a full view inner glass door allows inspection of test samples without disturbing the inner chamber conditions. Unit is supplied with three adjustable perforated shelves. Temperature range from 5°C to 50°C + 1°C is controlled by DUAL SETTING Digital Temperature Indicator-cum-Controller so as to set two different temperatures for Day and Night. Exterior illumination with fluorescent tubes fitted on both sides of the chamber accounts for artificial day light and the cyclic illumination conditions are regulated by automatic 0-24 hrs. timer. When all the tubes are ON temperature form 10°C to 50°C +°C can be obtained. Humidity from ambient to 95% +5% RH is controlled by a controller at temperature ranging from ambient to 50°C and the same is achieved by means of injecting steam. Arrangements for increasing the humidity is provided and not for decreasing.
